Hi, Vania.

What "same problem"? What "another software"? What video card? What "same
message" as "ralfred93"?

I have a similar problem. I start WMC and when I go into my videos it halts
WMC then shuts it down. I can view pictures and listen to my music. It is
only when I go to the videos.
