Default Video and Sound from TV Tuner don't match


I Installed an Encore ENLTV Tuner in my Dell the other day and have been
having problems with the video and sound matching up in Media Center. The
sound matches what's on the TV in another room but the video is behind by
about 2 seconds. Any help would be appriciated
