This file is the one that I would like you to send, it should be located
under C:\Windows\Minidump.

With a debugging tool and symbol set. That's why I asked that you send it to
me, as these are not tools that the typical user would have or would know
how to use even if they did.

Ok, but what leads you to believe the below program is the problem?

Something the program initiates, perhaps a driver file, causes an error
because it is either a) non-compliant with the operating system or b) is
causing a conflict with some other routine already running. The dump file
may contain the information needed to ascertain this.
