Works 8 to Vista

The printer will not work on this program. They gave me 2 fixes. One says
the syster administrater has set policies to prevent this installation. How
can I get the admin to change it's mind? The other fix called for me to
install another printer. That doesn't work either. Do they really expect me
to pay them to correct their screw ups????

Yes

The people who expect you to pay to correct their screw ups might be able
to. Or maybe not. But you'll never know if you don't pay them to make up
some things to try. Plus you won't get a refund if/when they fail.
