Folders

I have Windows Vista wioth my new laptop and I have tried eveything that has
been said on this community. the ting is that I cannot see any of my folders
excet the INBOX.
I remove the Mc Affee and install the Avast; I have alos run the WMutil and
of course I have checked on the view, layout the folder box.
What shall I do to can see my sub-folders and mov messages form my inbox and
sent mssgs to them without a problem.
Pleaseeeee...............any new idea will be welcome!!
