i've had a couple of ntfs.sys bsod time ago

without analize a core dump its not accurate in any way, but in my machine
the culprit was nod32
try deactivating any antivirus/antispyware you have for a couple of weeks
and see what happens

of course im not advising about not having antivirus, it is just a easy test
to check if it is trashing your system
take in count that it is my personal experience on my hardware, it may not
apply to your system
