After I deleted Nero 7, I tried using Windows Movie Maker, and when I add a
video clip I get an error "This program requires the file advrcntr2.dll, which was not found on this system." the title of the window is "Nero" so I obviously assumed it had to be Nero's doings... Somebody help please. Movie maker automatically ends with a "Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and needs to close" box after I hit OK in all the error boxes that appear. |

What file type are you trying to add?
http://www.myvideoproblems.com/Tuto...mpatibility.htm If it was an mpeg, it may be that nero was supplying the dvd decoder to enable you to do this. -- Graham Hughes MVP Digital Media www.myvideoproblems.com "comegalletas" <comegalletas@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:ECC715E9-0EAB-4790-9AEB-B4B99ADA96C0@microsoft.com... > After I deleted Nero 7, I tried using Windows Movie Maker, and when I add > a > video clip I get an error "This program requires the file advrcntr2.dll, > which was not found on this system." the title of the window is "Nero" so > I > obviously assumed it had to be Nero's doings...
