Default Device Manager/Network Adapters

ok, ive been seeing this around alot lately. its about the Network adapter i
have in my Device Manager. which i dont even remember installing!! and i dont
see why i even have it ne ways.

the network adapter is.

isatap.{0DA88C97-DC16-4D83-A789-ACD3DA854BA7}

and as many of you already know, yes, it does have a yellow exclamation
beside the network adapter. im curious is to how do i uninstall this? i dont
want it on my PC at all. i have disabled it, it doesnt make a difference at
all. and id like to know how i got this network adapter? i dont remember
installing it, unless it was threw windows update.

id like to also mention that, my PC makes a weird sound, sounding like its
going to dial up a connection (or get ready, and i never noticed this before,
untill i noticed this isatap)

id like to also mention that, i know this may not be related at all, but i
have a Dell Mouse, which came manufactured with my PC, but afterwhile of
using the mouse on my PC, when i try to minimize or highlight a file, the one
click somehow interprets it as a double click. it goes away once i put in a
new mouse, does this mean my mouse is shot, finito? garbage? lol.

if someone could answer me back on those 3 things i have mentioned, thatd be
great, thanks.
