Taskbar stops responding

I have a Dell E520 with Vista Home Premium and the taskbar keeps messing up.
It will stop responding, start fading and moving the items. The only way to
fix it is ctrl alt delete to start the task manager so I can end the
explorer.exe process and the restart it. I have tried all Dell suggests and
nothing helps. Someone please help.

Yea, I do have the same problem,

It didn’t exist in the begning, ie., staring from the 2007, but iam facing
this problem recently only.

Somebody if facing & rectified, plz help
