I used the Rad Tools to convert my .mov file to an .avi file but when I try
to play it in the windows movie player I get a message saying "Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error." Do you know what I need to do to get the converted file to play? Thanks |

Don't know "Rad Tools" but if the size of your .avi file is approx the same
size as the .mov file then your .avi file is probably MPEG4, which WMM doesn't like. If the size of the .avi file is 10 X (or more) larger than the ..mov file then it should be the type of .avi file that WMM understands. You need to convert to dv.avi or wmv should also work.
