Default Installing and using Microsofts Creativity pack

I've installed Microsoft's freely available creativity pack. I was
wondering how, if possible, do I add the new titles, tracks, etc to the
default video effects folder, for example, there is an ending called Blue
Ending. How do I get this to appear in the list of available
transitions/video effects/title/etc. such that they appear when I click on
the video effects window.

Thanks, in advance,
Brad.

Just import them and drag them to the
timeline like any other video clip.
