Sub-windows are messed up

Whenever I open up a sub-window (i.e. when I want to open the option window
or when I try to save the movie to my computer) the sub-window is messed up.
It's as if there is more information that should be in the window but I can't
get to it. For example, when I try to save the movie to my computer, I cannot
browse to choose to save my file in a certain location. It's as if the browse
button is cut off and doesn't appear in the sub-window. After hitting next, a
lot of the information on the movie setting seems to be missing. And I can't
click on the buttons. It's as if they're there but located outside of the
sub-window. Has anyone had any problems like this? Thanks for the help!
