sbp2port Event ID 9

I have a Western Dig 80GB Firewire external drive, A
Lexar firewire CF flash reader, UniBrain fire-i firewire
webcam running under WInXP Pro SP1, Belkin Firewire hub,
Dell Inspiron 8200 notebook - every now again I get the
error above, with test "The device, , did not respond
within the timeout period."

So I figure sbp2port is something to do with firewire -
which of the bit's of hardware is not responding? Is
there a way I can tell if it's the drive?

Bit obscure I know, but aAny thoughts appreciated.
