Windows Live ID -> Microsoft Communities service unvailable?

Hello,
I have Vista Home Basic on a Presario F500 100% Vista ready laptop and I'm a
very happy user without troubles... anyway, it's from 2 months that Vista
Mail reports me this error trying to accede Microsoft Communities:
"Downloading Windows Live ID data..." and then the error "Impossible to use
Microsoft Communities features now. Try again to accede to Microsoft
Communities".
Well, what happens? My Live ID account is ok, and so my login and pass,
tested.

I'm from Italy and I connect to microsoft.public.windows.vista.xxxxxxx
NewsGroups...

It is an intermittent problem. Happens all the time. Ignore it for now. Or
turn off Community features in Tools, Accounts, Microsoft Communities,
Properties button, Windows Live ID tab
