Default Windows Mail News subject line held in "Indexed Location"

When searching using Vista's search facility, it comes up with matches
held in old Windows Mail News messages.
Some of these messages are offensive. One in particular makes it
impossible to let juveniles use the machine.
I have tried opening the location via Properties, but that location does not
exist.
The message is from a newsgroup from which I have unsubscribed.
Aside fron reinstalling Vista, what are my options?

Juveniles should have their own Windows login, so that your documents
are secure.

Get the juvenile a big gun!
That should help keep the child busy enough
to overlook the occasional swear word
or profanity.
