the connection to the server has failed Accout "pop-server.tampabay.rr.com,
server: pop-server.tampabay.rr.com Protocol POP3 Port 995 secure (SSL) yes
socket error 10060 error number 0x800CCC0E

Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced

For Incoming mail
Uncheck use (SSL) and change port 995 to 110
