Default vista session limits

I have been tasked to set session limits on the public access computers at
the local library. Can anyone explain how I might accomplish this on the
vista machine? I have a handle on the others.

Thanks, but I don't see anything there about time limits. All the library
wants is for a person to be logged out after they have been on for one
hour.
