IE 7.0 Web sites will not Update with Vista

There are several websites that will not update. One example is FBorFW a
comic strip site. The calender is suppose to update so you can read the
latest strip, but it doesn't update on my machine. Also a website called
Bunk One where you get email to and from your kid at camp will not update the
mailbox. On the other computer in the same room does not have this
porblem(XP). Any ideas!

Maybe clicking the refresh button when you
are viewing the site would help and also it
may be worth a try to delete your temporary
internet files.
