Default Outlook on the Web

I have a new laptop with Vista business installed and access exchange via OWA
over an internet connection. Log-in is fine and I can read and send email
however I can not add any comment in the text field. A red cross appears top
left hand corner. Attachments can be added, subject line changed, recipients
etc. but cannot edit the body either with a new mail or replying to one. None
of these issues exist using my XP pro Laptop.

Any help would be appreciated

Kevin

Thanks Gerard. I'll let them know. From an earlier post apparently basic mode
works in the interim, is this true? I haven't got access with laptop at the
moment to check.

I don't know that, but I suppose it could be true.
