Default Better file structure organization

I think this whole virtualization thing is nice, however, in terms of
organization, it's a complete mess. Every time an uncompatible Vista program
comes along and obtains a file I want to view, I gotta go searching for it.
If there was a nice structure that went something like this, it would be
easier for end-users:

User files-Only for user related stuff. User access only.
Virtual Store-prgm config files, generated files, logs, etc go here.
(basikly all the garbage n00bs don't get) Admin and prgm access only.
Prgm Files-Only for installers and uninstallers. Installer and admin access
only.
OS files-Only for OS stuff. OS access only.

Maybe I am wrong and this is how it has always been, but ever since the
Vista shakeup, all that incompatible software is creating much more bloat on
my system and the My Documents folder since the organization changed. I do
have to admit that the Games folder is very nice to add and I hope the next
version seperates games from apps completely.
