Every time I launch outlook, the window installer launches to try to install
Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 and goes into "Please wait while windows configure Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007". It will keep looping through this process 2 to 3 times then stops and everything works well. At times it will bring up an error message saying that some files were not able to be written to the registry. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I've been using Office 2003 forever and it never had this particular problem. Any insight on this matter would greatly be appreciated. |

the installer is corrupt - letting it complete using puts an end to it
coming up for outlook. if that doesn't work, see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=290301 -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: dailytips-subscribe-request@lists.outlooktips.net Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM "liquidmetal" <liquidmetal@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:7ECECF6D-21CF-47FC-82B1-E5E8B852E747@microsoft.com... > Every time I launch outlook, the window installer launches to try to > install > Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 and goes into "Please wait while windows > configure Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007".
