Exception Code 0xc0000005

I hope this is the correct place to ask this question.

My printer (Epson Photo R265) previously worked fine, but now when I try to
print, I receive exception code oxc0000005, and cannot print at all. It also
says there is a runtime error after the exception code had been clicked on.

My computer runs XP Professional with Media Center, and is fully up to date
with windows updates.

I'm only a novice, and totally lost for idead about this. Please can someone
help?

Did you ever find out what the problem was? I have just tried to install a
Logitech Pro 5000 webcam and got the same message. The installation
continued but I end up with a "no content" picture in black and white
consisting of 4 narrow shots of me which is not usable.
