Signature Font Problem

I have all of the fonts within Outlook to be Georgia 12pt italicized... It
displays fine in the signature preview, however, when I create new mail... it
is not in italic and the font seems to be 1 pt smaller. I even tried to
create another one in Word and it still doesn't display properly. (Is this a
Vista problem with Outlook 2003?)
