Default Uninstalling a program

Hi all,
I'm new to Vista Home Basic. So please bare with me. When I try to
uninstall this "program" in the control panel it says "The system
administrator has set policies to prevent this installation." It then says I
don't have sufficient access to uninstall "program" to contact the system
administrator. But I am the system administrator. How do I go about to
uninstall the program?

I'm trying to uninstall "SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition." Also when I go
through the start menu it has no uninstall option.

Find the INSTALLER - RIGHT CLICK and RUN AS ADMIN
and re-install it (over install) - then the Uninstaller should be visible.
