Default Black Screen - Booting SDI via USB

HI all,

I try all the thnig I know to boot my SDI on my USB key but all I got
is one black screen with no error on it after the bios is loaded.

This is my boot.ini... ramdisk is only 1 line:
[boot loader]
timeout=5
default=ramdisk(0)\windows
[operating systems]
ramdisk(0)\windows="USB Image" /fastdetect /
rdpath=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\maple.sdi /
rdimageoffset=4096

This is the info of my SDI with SDIMgr:
Microsoft (R) Windows Script Host Version 5.6
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation 1996-2001. All rights reserved.

SDI File Manager version 1.00.621
Copyright (C) 1999-2001 Microsoft Corp. All Rights Reserved.

SDI File : C:\SDI\maple-2.12.0.17.4.sdi
MDB Type : ---
Boot Code Offset : 0x00000000.00000000
Boot Code Size : 0x00000000.00000000
Vendor ID : 0x0000 (0)
Device ID : 0x0000 (0)
Device Model : {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}
Device Role : 0
Runtime GUID : {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}
Runtime OEM Rev : 0
Page Alignment : 1 (4096 bytes)

Type Offset Size Base Address Attr
---- ------------------- ------------------- -------------------
----------
PART 0x00000000.00001000 0x00000000.1787E200 0x00000000.00000007
0x00000000

So in my USB key I got:
boot.ini
my sdi
ntldr
NTDETECT.com

My USB is NTFS formated with compression on
I do remove the compression on the ntldr and NTDETECT.com

I did also try in FAT32 but failed in a black screen also.

Note: my USB key is a 8GB and the computer can boot with the USB cause
BartPE did boot on it.

Any idea which step I missed or what should I try?

Thanks,
