Default Can't save page

I get the following error message when trying to save a page.
I have isolated it to one png image that I imported into FP.

Because this page has a base URL set, you will need to save any new or
changed pictures to the base Web site as a seperate step.

I have isolated it to one png image that I imported into FP.

What am I doing wrong?

What's the base URL you're using? Did you import the image into the web
before inserting it? Does it save it you remove that image? Does it save
if you remove the base URL?

This is where I become ignorant....wat is a base URL. My website is
www.betancourtcommunities.com I imported the image in to the website folder
and then inserted it from the website folders. Yes it does save if I remove
the image.

Which page is giving the problem?

FYI using VML graphics (shapeart, WordArt and textboxes) is ruining the
page in FireFox, Safari and Opera. The links in the body text of the
Home, and the bottom navigation bar do not work in these browsers.

See http://www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/VML-graphics.htm for some
reasons why VML should be avoided.
