Default Is there an easy way to update a FP page in Expression Web?

I upgraded to Vista recently and cannot get FP to work. I have two very
simple webpages to update - just putting new dates on the pages. I downloaded
the trial version of EW and still cannot make the updates. It's such a simple
thing to do and I am so frustrated. I am not a technical person, so FP was
quite easy for me. If I had known I would have such problems trying to do
such simple tasks, I would have stayed with XP....
Thanks for any advice

I did open the site in EW and all it lets me do is look at it. I can't make
changes...

Unless the live/remote server has the FP extensions, you would have saved the edited page to your
HD, then upload it to the live/remote server via EW or a 3rd Party FTP application.

It should work just fine. Have you tried the EW newsgroup?

Did you use the product key to activate EW?

Once you enter the product key, you need to restart your PC to effect the
change.

To publish, you open the site just like in FP 2003 File > Open > Site, and
you publish the same way , File > Publish site.....

Then choose the method of publishing (http:, ftp: file system (etc). Enter
the web or ftp address as normal, and your username/password where
applicable. It will connect and then you can publish as you would do in FP.
