Default Windows Vista Calendar API

Hi All,
Is there an API for accessing (read/write/update) Windows Vista Calendar
database?
Thanks.

Now an Outlook calendar question. Ask in a Vista newsgroup.

This is probably better suited for a vista calendar newsgroup... but since
it uses the ical format, you really don't need an api - you just need to
know how to write multi-event icals. They are editable in notepad...

The icals are in the calendar folder under C:\Users.
