Keep having to reinstall the Help File

At least half a dozeon times now, I've received an error in Excel stating it
cannot open the Help file and asks if I would like to install it.

I can go weeks without it happening, and even have a spreadsheet already
open. When opening a new spreadsheet, when opening a second spreadsheet,
when clicking on a row or column or when clicking on a cell, I receive a
pop-up box stating it cannot find the help fle and asks if I want to install
it now.

I wouldn't mind nearly as much if 1) It didn't eat up my processor and
memory to install and 2) it didn't require a restart.
