Problem with Folder Options

Hello,

I have a problem with saving the folder option settings for
showing extensions of known file formats
showing system files.

Whenever I select these options and click on APPLY they do not get applied
and after I click on OK and When I go back to the folder options window they
revert back to the original state they were in.

Also when I cut any files and paste it elsewhere they get pasted there but
they do not get cut from the original location.
Any Help ?
