Hi Frakiexx,
> How can I add more format capacity to my worksheet (I am using graphs) By simplifying your formatting! One way is to rationalise the fonts of your charts so you use as little different font settings per chart element as you possibly can. For this to work, you should uncheck the autosize option of the fonts: rightclick chart area , select format chart area, font tab. Also, whilst on that tab, set one font setting -name, size, bold, ...- for all chart elements.
