initializing root... when saving or opening office2007-files

when I'm trying to open or save files using Word or Excel, using
Open-button or Save as-button in the application, I get the Open-window
or the Save as-window. When I'm trying to change the folder on top (In
the "Save in"- or "Search in" -field), I get a messagebox saying
'Initializing rootfolder...' (Initialiserer rotmappe in Norwegian), and
it takes some time to get the files and folders listet.

When instead I choose one of the shortcuts on the left side, I have no
trouble at all, and I can save or open a file no time.

Does anyone know what to do?

Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop, left-click
on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped drives that are
not currently available.
