My elderly friend had a good computer that's power supply went out during an
install of Windows XP. I replaced the power supply and the disk was still in the CD ROM drive and when the computer was rebooted proceeded to install the Windows XP Professional, but when it came time to enter the product key code, the packet with the code could not be located and we need to remove the Windows XP files that were loaded into the computer so we can start over with a different operating system, but we can't get it to cancel. WHat can we do to remove it or reformat the hard rive to start over? -- Glory Bee |
