XP SP 3 problem

I have a XP SP3 download waiting to be finished but everytime I try to
install an message pops up that it is wanting me to find a file named
OUTRET.MSI in Outlook 2002 to complete the upgrade. Where does one find
this file?

Outret.msi is from a standalone Outlook retail CD. If you have the CD then
Insert it in and the updates will install after checking the file or the
installer version.
Also if you have ActiveSync from HP also has this file on a CD give to you
with this machine if it is the case ( HP machine ) or other vendors may
provide such a CD with their Products to clients.
