I know I'm beating a dead horse but I have spent hours trying to fix this
problem and my husband needs to use email for work. I have one message in the outbox that refuses to go away. I also can't send email. Everything with the internet provider is correct. I've uninstalled McAffee. I've gone into the file folders and deleted what I thought was the message. I'm using Windows mail. Can someone help please? |

Use Steve's program to clear out that stuck message from
the outbox: http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/ . Be sure to read all the instructions.
