cant send emails

hi there need some help every time i try to send email using windows mail i
get an error,i can recieve email but not send them i have try everything i
rung my internet provider check all my details and setting they are correct i
have uninstall windows mail and reninstall i am using windows one care i
even uninstall that and reinstalled it but still nothing my os is windows
vista ultimate this is the error code i get

I'm not sure if you can access & use your email online with this ISP but it
would be worth finding out while you fix the desktop mail

The ntworld.com SMTP server is saying that they're not going to
allow you access from a connection outside of their network.
At the time of that error, you were connecting from IP 90.193.223.42,
which belongs to Sky.com, a different ISP.

There are three possible workarounds:
1. Ask NTL if they offer SMTP on a port other than '25'.
2. If you use Sky.com frequently, set up an account in your
email client that uses Sky.com's SMTP server.
3. Use a third party SMTP server such as Gmail, which works
on ports other than '25'.

Personally I have all my different email accounts forward on to my hotmail
account which I can then access and use online via Live Hotmail
(http://get.live.com/mail/overview) which is synchronized with Windows Live
Mail on my desktop (http://get.live.com/betas/maildesktop_betas).

Sharon,

I and several other people have had the same problem. It has to do with
compacting your e-mail. Go to

www.oehelp.com/wmutil

and download Steve Cochran's utility (its free). After unzipping the file,
compact your e-mail and the problem will go away. It did for me and
hopefully will for you.

Also, compact your e-mail in the future every time the dialog box appears
asking if you want to compact your e-mail.

Dick, the OP's issue has nothing to do with compacting email.
Unless you have expertise in a given area, please refrain from
