Web-based email

Need help. Currently only have a hotmail account. My internet is through
Verizon Wireless and they do not offer email accounts. Apparently, Vista
and/or Windows doesn't like hotmail, etc anymore. How can I send out email?

The new Windows Mail that replaced Outlook express does not handle Hotmail,
or any other web mail.

You can still access your Hotmail account using a web browser, like Internet
Explorer.

Get the new Windows Live Mail as it will sync with the new Hotmail Live -
all you need to do is migrate to hotmail live online then download and
install the Windows Mail Live software. So long as you enter the appropriate
hotmail account info it will sync for you. You can also sync all this with
