Default starting an account

After a few years I went and bought a new HP laptop.Having been away from
computers for awhile,I turned it on and have been surprised at the easy way
that it interacts. The problem I seem to have is starting an Windows mail
account.I can't semm to find were I setup my e-mail or anythng at all.Any and
all help would be greatly aperciated.

When you start up Windows Mail, if no mail account exists
it will walk you through the process of creating an account.
Or you can do it manually: Tools, Accounts, Add.

You have to setup an email account with your Internet Service Provider.
They will give you directions on setting up WinMail.

That's the theory, but there seem to be quite a few ISP''s
whose first line support is utterly incompetent or worse.

Their web site email 'help' is often the best bet.
