Unable to receive e-mails in windows mail

New computer with Vista installed, wish to use windows mail rather than my
talktalk option, I am receiving all my e-mails through the talktalk web site
but am unable to receive them through the windows mail. What do I need to do
to ensure they all come through this route.

You need to add an account for Talktalk.
Here is what I found regarding instructions for Outlook Express, Windows
Mail is similar.
