Uninstalling Ultima Online

I downloaded Ultima Online on the Official Website. Then I decided to
uninstall it. However, after I uninstalled it from Controls Panel, I can't
delete the shortcut from the Desktop as they ask me to verify the location of
the file.

How do I delete everything Ultima Online? And, what is the most ideal way to
uninstall my game next time?

I forgot to add that. I can't uninstall another program through Controls
Panel or their Uninstall folder. What should I do?

You should see the shortcut in the Desktop folder under your user name. If
you cannot delete it there with the same error message, reinstall Ultima
Online, then delete the shortcut, then run the uninstall again from Programs
in Control Panel.
