I would like to set a downloaded HTML file as my desktop but when I go to the
"personalize" options the only option given for the desktop is/are picture files. How do I set an HTML file as my desktop background? Thanks Bill Falzone |

I don't believe you can do this with anything native to Windows.

You're referring to Active Desktop on earlier versions of Windows? I believe MS dropped that in Vista as a security measure.
