Default Per user archived Windows Error Reporting files

I do a disk cleanup and get this as one of the options. Its saying there are
51.5 gig of files that I can remove. My drive is 160 gig and I've only taken
up about 15 gig worth of space. I create a command prompt and do a dir. It
comes back with 146.8 gig of free space. I deleted this once before about a
month before and all of my programs disapeared. What is this and what did I
do to screw this up?

It also tells you what categories those 51.5GB fall into. What does it
say?

Probably most of that 51.5GB is the recycle bin.

"This"? You mean what disk cleanup tells you to delete?

Sorry, I have no ideas based on what you've said here.
