3DMark 06 Triangle Rates

Did anyone also notice the huge gains in 3DMark 06's Triangle tests with
recent drivers? Looking at an old Excel log file from late Aug 2006 with Cat
6.8, the large batch size test averaged 273 million triangles/sec. Now, with
Cat 7.5, the same test averages an almost comical 532 million triangles/sec.
This is with two X1900XTs in Crossfire, stock clocks.
