Strange files appeared on desk top........

While on the internet my screen suddenly went black....had to restart my
computer and when I did I had 4 new icons show up. Name of these are
0.Exe--1.Exe--2.Exe and the 4th one is sys.bat which has a gear image on it.
Could anyone please tell me what these might be and are they safe to delete?
This is the first time my screen has ever just suddenly went black.
