Error: WMI, host networking

I have the latest XP SP2 and all updates, same with Visual Studio, no
remote debugging or sql server, just c++.

Since some months ago I'm getting regular delayed booting for about 20
seconds during login period or just after that. Also whole system is
getting stuck often in relation to the WMI and wmiprvse.exe and
compiling MOFs.

Logs are like this:

These go around in circles. Only the MOF compilation logs are "okay"

What I know is that it is related to something like networking - maybe
some of the services, firewall, terminal services... something like
that.
