Default Using a PW reset disk after I have changed the PW

Can I use an old PW reset disk if I have changed the password ( to a new
password) since creating the reset disk?

According to the following article, the old password disk was automatically
updated when it was last used. In other words, it will work to reset the
password for the same user account on the same computer (does not work for
other users/other computers).
