Default Password protection fo Folders in WIN XP Professional (FAT 32)


I am using WIN XP Professional with HDD of 40 GB divided into 4 parts each
formatted under FAT 32 system.
I want to protect folders (including Subfolders) by passwords. how can I do
that?
