help me please!!:( windows open in seperate windows

Ok umm i think i messed up my pc i kind was checking
out the file types and made it how now all my folders
open in a separate window. i tried the option of making
the folders in the same window but they still open in
separate windows please help me!!

>Go to explorer, start->programs->accessories->windows
explorer.

When that windwo opens at the top choose tools->folder
options and then make sure that the radio button
for 'open each folder in the same window' Tha should do
it. If not try restarting after this.

Also go to the View tab and hit 'restore defaults'
