Cntrl/Alt/Del

Trying to access running programs from Cntrl/Alt/Del the
box opens then a split secind later sloses, this also
occurs when I try to open 'regedit' from the start/run.

w32.spybot worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:

Try this to:

Rename regedit.exe to regedit.com then:

Download then Merge the edit on line 251 then delete all the files mentioned
in the above link.
