Default PCT 1.0 is not an option

When trying to view a secure site that I have accessed
many times before, I am getting a page not foound
message. It says to check in Internet Options under
advanced and check the boxes for: ssl 2.0, ssl 3.0, tls
1.0 and pct 1.0. PCT 1.0 is not an option on my list.
Help!

Don't worry about that, it usually isn't there. Right now, try the
following:
Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, select Internet Options, on the General
tab click delete cookies, delete files and accept the option to delete all
offline content and click clear history, then try again. If you still are
unable to get in. do the procedure again but if you have a firewall, turn it
off and then see if you can get in.

Still no luck, if you have any security software that might be blocking
cookies are you have set the system to block cookies, turn that off as well.
